About the estate
Our estate, located in the eastern part of Croatia, in the picturesque Čeminac in Baranja, offers a unique holiday experience on nearly 10 hectares of idyllic landscape (100,000 m^2). The heart of our estate is a luxurious villa with a pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by spacious lawns and a fragrant apple orchard, making our estate the perfect retreat for your vacation or celebration.
In addition to the villa, nearby is a picturesque lake covering an area of 2000 m^2 and a spacious gazebo of 100 m^2, perfectly nestled in the natural shade of black poplars. This feature, along with the unique privacy we offer, where our closest neighbors are almost a kilometer away, ensures that nothing and no one will disturb your peace and enjoyment.

Villa stipino
Discover the charm of our spacious Villa Stipino, spanning three floors and occupying a total of 300 m^2, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. Our villa also features seating for 24 in the lower level, making it ideal for family gatherings or socializing with friends. Inside the villa, you’ll find 4 well-appointed bathrooms, 5 cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room perfect for relaxation, a specially designed hunting room for gatherings, and an authentic wine cellar for wine enthusiasts.
In front of the villa, an idyllic pool with a sunbathing area and jacuzzi invites you to enjoy sunny days or starry evenings. Gazebo
Under our spacious gazebo, nestled by the beautiful lake, there is space that can comfortably accommodate up to 60 people with 8 large tables, each equipped with benches for an authentic outdoor experience. Our multifunctional gazebo is designed with the option of enclosing it using transparent foil, allowing guests to enjoy events regardless of weather conditions. This ensures that your celebrations and gatherings remain memorable occasions throughout the year.
For added comfort, our gazebo is equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a pleasant climate during warmer days, as well as a drinks fridge to keep your refreshments always within reach. Additionally, barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the specially designed barbecue area where they can prepare their favorite specialties.
