Our estate, located in the eastern part of Croatia, in the picturesque Čeminac in Baranja, offers a unique holiday experience on nearly 10 hectares of idyllic landscape (100,000 m^2). The heart of our estate is a luxurious villa with a pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by spacious lawns and a fragrant apple orchard, making our estate the perfect retreat for your vacation or celebration.

In addition to the villa, nearby is a picturesque lake covering an area of ​​2000 m^2 and a spacious gazebo of 100 m^2, perfectly nestled in the natural shade of black poplars. This feature, along with the unique privacy we offer, where our closest neighbors are almost a kilometer away, ensures that nothing and no one will disturb your peace and enjoyment.

Discover the charm of our spacious Villa Stipino, spanning three floors and occupying a total of 300 m^2, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. Our villa also features seating for 24 in the lower level, making it ideal for family gatherings or socializing with friends. Inside the villa, you’ll find 4 well-appointed bathrooms, 5 cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room perfect for relaxation, a specially designed hunting room for gatherings, and an authentic wine cellar for wine enthusiasts.

On the ground floor, there is a hunting room with 24 seats where we spend time together. Inside, the equipment includes two ovens, two stoves, two refrigerators, an ice maker, a coffee machine, a fireplace, and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there is one bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a large living room where you can play PlayStation 4, watch TV, or relax by the fireplace while surfing the internet on our computer.

In the outdoor area of the Villa, there is a barbecue space where you can grill on a flat top, cook meat under a baking bell (peka), roast on a spit as you prefer, or cook something in a traditional outdoor cooking pot (kotlić). Next to the large terrace, there is a pool with a sun deck and a 5-person hot tub that will relax you in an instant.
