Through authentic Baranja dishes made in-house, we want to bring the spirit of local gastronomy closer to our guests and give them the opportunity to experience the real Baranja through food, ambience and hospitality, the kind of Baranja where dinner is not just a meal, but an experience to remember.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Everyone is welcome at \u201cDinner at Stipe\u2019s\u201d. The tables are set as they would be for a family meal so that guests can enjoy themselves in a relaxed, informal and authentic atmosphere, just like at home. In addition, all dishes are prepared from fresh local ingredients, the foundation of the simple yet rich flavours that have shaped Baranja\u2019s distinctive culinary identity for generations.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why come to \u201cDinner at Stipe\u2019s\u201d?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>For lovers of good food, this is an opportunity to discover and enjoy Baranja specialities prepared with special care and with a love for traditional recipes. The evening is designed so that every bite highlights the experience of authentic Baranja and every guest, without exception, feels as though they are among friends or family. Special attention is devoted to every detail, from the food and drinks to the ambience.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>And how does it work?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDinner at Stipe\u2019s\u201d is conceived as a themed event, each one with its own unique menu and style, and we will repeat the ones guests ask for the most. For every themed dinner, the theme and menu, together with the list and order of dishes, will be announced in advance.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>To ensure fresh ingredients and flawless organisation, dinner must be booked and paid for no later than two days before the event.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of ten registered guests is required for the dinner to take place, and the number of seats is limited to 24. If there are not enough registrations, the dinner is cancelled and the paid amount is refunded. If more than 24 people register, we offer cancellation and a refund, or the organisation of the same themed dinner on an additional date.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>On the day of the dinner, guests are welcomed on arrival with a welcome drink so they can relax before the first course, and they also have the chance to watch dishes being prepared live over the warmth of the fire, from the grill, roasting forks, spit or cauldron.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Dinner lasts until midnight, but guests who have booked an overnight stay may continue enjoying the tavern afterwards.
