for your table
We cook for groups of at least 10, by advance booking only, 3-4 days ahead. Fish from Kneževi Vinogradi and Bilje, cooked over hornbeam and beech logs.
Carp Roasted on Forks
We do not simply roast carp over the fire, we sweat beside it.
Fiš Paprikaš
We do not cook fiš, we wait for it. The cauldron does its work; we just keep an eye on it.
Čobanac
Čobanac is not cooked by the clock, but by feel. It is ready when it says it is ready.
Sarma
We do not reinvent sarma; we simply do not ruin it. We make it the way it has always been made.
Who is behind all this
It all began
back in 2008.
It started in 2008 with apples and the “I Love Apples” movement. When ajvar and salads came along, Stipino was born. In 2023, a hailstorm brought the large-scale farming chapter to an end. Today we produce less, more carefully and seasonally, and the estate has opened its doors to guests.
We cook what we would serve at our own table. If you are not happy with the food, you do not have to pay.

Can I just drop by for lunch?
Nope, not quite! Everything is by prior arrangement. We prepare food for groups of 10 or more, which means we need time to plan and buy ingredients. We are not a restaurant. Sorry!
How much does it cost to rent the villa?
The price depends on the date, length of stay, number of guests and purpose of the gathering. Prices start at €600. Send us an enquiry with the details for an exact quote.
Do you organise weddings?
Yes, we offer a complete turnkey service: marquees, tables, toilets, waiters and full catering on our lakeside estate. Come and meet us to see what we offer.
Where can we buy your products?
Only through our webshop or directly from the farm. (P.S. I occasionally deliver to Osijek!)
