How would you like to use the estate?
The Villa, the pavilion, or both together. These are three starting points, while the actual combination is tailored to who is coming and why. Nothing is fixed except what suits you.
Up to 12 overnight, up to 24 during the day
Villa
A house with a pool and hot tub. It accommodates a smaller group overnight, while a daytime event without accommodation can host a somewhat larger group.
Event venue
A covered pavilion for larger gatherings. It can be rented on its own for a daytime event, or combined with overnight accommodation in the Villa for part of the group.
Entire estate
When you need both: a large daytime venue for guests and the Villa for your closest group to stay overnight. Everything in one place, without sharing it with anyone else.
You do not have to decide in advance
Hourly, half-day, full-day or with an overnight stay, separately or in combination. These three pages are a starting point, and we put together the right option once we know who is coming and why.
