A bachelor party with us does not end at midnight because a neighbour is knocking on the door. You have 10 hectares, a pool, a hot tub and a pavilion all to yourselves, with no one rushing you or limiting how loudly you celebrate.
Some groups come for an afternoon of beer and barbecue, while others stay until morning and sleep in the Villa. However you decide to celebrate, the venue is yours for the duration of the rental.

When the pavilion empties, the group moves to the pool: hot tub, music or a portable speaker, and conversation late into the night.

100 m² beneath old poplar trees, long tables for the whole group and a barbecue area right beside it. This is where the main part of the eating, drinking and celebrating takes place.
Villa
For those staying overnight
Up to 12 beds, a pool and hot tub for the smaller group that is not rushing home. The rest can leave in the evening, while those staying have a comfortable place to sleep.

No neighbours to hear the music and no shortage of parking. The entire estate is fenced and available exclusively to your group.

How long are you staying?
Most bachelor parties choose a full-day rental with an overnight stay, as the gathering naturally continues late into the night.
Half-day
A shorter afternoon gathering in the pavilion or lower floor of the Villa, with the pool and no overnight stay. A less common choice for a bachelor party, but still possible.
Full-day
From the afternoon until deep into the night, with the pavilion, pool and barbecue area, leaving whenever the group decides.

Earlier arrival or later departure is possible when there are no guests immediately before or after your stay, subject to prior agreement and an additional fee. The deposit covers possible damage and is refunded after departure if everything is in order. Full terms of use are available in the PDF document.

Frequently asked questions
Before you ask
Can we bring our own DJ or sound system?
Yes. Music is not restricted because there are no nearby neighbours. Let us know in advance if you need help with electricity or space for the equipment.
Is there a volume limit or a set finishing time?
There is no fixed finishing time, as the estate is isolated from neighbouring properties. Mention in your enquiry if you plan to celebrate until morning so we can prepare accordingly.
Can we bring our own alcohol and food?
Yes, the venue is yours during the rental period. You can organise the food yourselves or order Baranja dishes from us.
Do we need to organise our own transport?
There is parking at the estate for all guests. Make sure you arrange transport after the party, especially if alcohol will be consumed.
What if there are fewer than 10 of us?
The minimum number of guests is 10. Contact us and we will see whether another arrangement is possible.
What if it rains?
The pavilion is covered and the programme can easily be adapted to the weather, so rain does not cancel the party.
