A house with a pool and hot tub on a private 10-hectare estate in Baranja. The nearest neighbour is a kilometre away, and all that remains is peace and quiet.
The villa is for those who want the estate to themselves: families enjoying a long weekend, friends seeking a pool and peace without sharing with strangers, or a smaller celebration without worrying about the neighbours.
Up to 12 people can stay in five bedrooms. The ground floor has seating for 24, making it suitable even for guests joining just for dinner. With its kitchen, wine cellar and hunting-style room, everything is under one roof — and exclusively yours during your stay.
If you need more space for a daytime celebration or an event with more than 15 guests, take a look at the Entire Estate option. The villa is still part of the experience, with the addition of the lakeside pavilion and greater capacity.
